Meet Our Board Members
Trindalah DeLane-Smith,Founder/ CEO
Over the years, I've embarked on a self-journey of discovery and growth. Though I once felt adrift, I found solace in God's guiding presence, which empowered me to support and uplift other women in my community. With the foundation of my college degrees and experience in the public sector, I felt a motion within me—to shift to an effect of greater change. Recognizing the importance of this mission, I understood that I couldn't undertake it alone. Fortunately, I was surrounded by incredible, beautiful women who shared the same passion and vision for empowering others. Together, we forged our collective strength to embark on a journey that will make a meaningful impact in society. Now, as a cohesive unit, we're dedicated to doing God's work, striving to enact positive change by helping women wellbeing using the "dimensions of wellness". We're thrilled to for this journey of empowerment by bringing together women of every age for meaningful change in society!

Viana Soriano, CFO
God is good and worthy to be praised! My name is Vianca Soriano. I have the humble pleasure of serving as the CFO, community outreach coordinator, and program manager. My educational background is in both public health and social work. My desire to help other women was birthed through God's love in my heart. As individuals, we are responsible for our personal growth, but the weight of our growth is multiplied when we pour it into the next generation. I believe God has allowed me to sympathize with women for their needs and stand in the gap to advocate. My goal for every woman this organization comes into contact with is to be the one to push women to their most significant potential despite what obstacles are in front of her.

In its embrace, sisterhood and boldness merge to create a sanctuary where women conquer life's hurdles. Grounded in faith, L.A.D.I. holds firm to the belief that dreams are within reach with unwavering trust. With its foundation built upon eight dimensions - spiritual, environmental, physical, intellectual, social, occupational, financial and emotional. - L.A.D.I. provides a nurturing haven where women can thrive. Armed with support and guidance, members are empowered to turn their aspirations into reality. What distinguishes L.A.D.I. is its dedication to inclusivity and fostering intergenerational connections. By uniting women of different ages L.A.D.I. fosters a wealth of experiences and perspectives. Together, these women uplift one another, forging a formidable network where dreams are pursued and achieved.

L.A.D.I is an organization put in place to improve the importance of self-development, livelihood, and giving back. Our goal is to impact the human race by taking action on our five pillars. Spirituality, emotional wellbeing, mental wellness, physical wellness, and being knowledgeable. Here anything is possible!
